All our rooms have the opulent luxuries of a fully stocked mini-bar, satellite TV, outside telephone line and of course, the entire property is covered by our wireless internet connection for guests (available for a registration fee of €5 per hour). Room service is on hand and as long as our in-house restaurant Le Zagare and American-style bar L’Incontro are open you’ll be able to have delightful drinks and snacks served directly at your door.

We have several rooms specifically designed for people with reduced mobility, though all our accommodations are served by several elevators and there are always staff on hand to attend to your every need. If you’d like to request a special room with disabled bathroom simply leave a note in the Additional Comments box when you Book Online using the Grand Hotel Excelsior Catania’s Online Booking page.

This box can also be used to make any other special requests, such as a non-smoking room (we have a whole floor of them!), airport or train station transfers or a bottle of something special awaiting you in the room.
